The section of S. College Ave. directly behind Bergfeld Park between 2nd St. and 4th St. will be blocked to through traffic. This space will be utilized by food trucks and vendor stalls. We will only accept 10 food trucks. Variety is the spice of life. But too much variety would cut into everyone's profits.
Only one driveway in this section is used by a home and must not be blocked.
FOOD TRUCKS
Karaoke Kontests would like as diverse a selection of food as possible for our attendees. This is not always possible, but we will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis. A food truck that provides barbeque and is the first to apply will be accepted. Any other applicants who provide barbeque will be put on our waiting list until all spots are filled.
A food "truck" that is a trailer will be required to drop their trailer and remove the tow vehicle from the area.
No alcoholic beverages may be sold.
All food trucks will be required to offer trash receptacles for attendees. The park crew will, however, service those receptacles during the competition. Any tables that the food trucks would like to offer for use by their customers are acceptable as long as there is plenty of walk space down the middle of S. College Ave.
Space will be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis. No space may be pre-reserved.
PLEASE NOTE
We will offer ONE sponsorship opening for a food truck. The truck that applies for a bronze sponsorship ($500) will receive:

A guaranteed prime position in the vendor area.
This will be directly across from the main walkway where attendees will enter the area, ensuring that the sponsor's truck is the first one seen.

The sponsor's logo will be on all advertising media.
Banners, flyers, etc.
VENDOR STALLS
Vendors with stalls that make applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Stalls that offer food will be considered along with the food trucks to provide the attendees with as diverse a selection of food as possible. The same will hold for NON-FOOD VENDORS. We would like not to have 2 stalls selling the same product type. Space will be offered according to the remaining space available with preference going to food trucks.
Space rental fees will be good for both days of the event. Karaoke Kontests will not require a percentage of sales. If the staff of Karaoke Kontests accepts fees from any food truck or vendor and it is determined that there is not enough space, the last applicants will be fully reimbursed for their fee.

Food vendors $150
Non-food vendors $75
No specific spaces may be reserved in advance. (Exception: see sponsor food truck.) Food trucks and stalls will be arraigned on the first day of the event. First come, first served. If the event is canceled for any reason, vendors will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed due to inclement weather or for any other reason, the vendor will have the choice of receiving a refund or transferring the fee to the new date of the event.
