SPONSOR INFORMATION
We depend on sponsors to help cover the costs of payroll, overhead, and advertising. Sponsors may support us through monetary donations or by supplying goods or services or a combination of such.
Sponsors may donate $500, $1000, or $2000. Advertising for the sponsor will be based on their donation amount. Sponsors that supply goods or services will estimate the worth of those goods or services and that will determine their donation level.
The sponsorship levels will receive the following:

Gold ($2000) - Primary posting of name and logo on all advertising media, including banners, flyers, etc. Mention in radio advertising with the line "Sponsored in part by..." Three free entries into the event are to be awarded as the sponsor sees fit.​

Silver ($1000) - Secondary posting of name and logo on all advertising media, including banners, flyers, etc. Two free entries into the event to be awarded as the sponsor sees fit.

Bronze ($500) - Posting of name and logo on all advertising media, including banners, flyers, etc.

A sponsor donating only goods or services will estimate the value of those goods or services and be awarded a sponsorship level corresponding to that amount.
A list of all sponsors will be read once each day of the event. Gold and silver sponsors may also be mentioned several times during the event.

Individuals are encouraged to make donations as well, in any amount, but will not be considered a sponsor unless the donation is in the amount of $500 or more.
